Our Story

In Portugal we call it saudade.

STATE SANTI started with a single idea: clothing that doesn't need to shout.

We grew up between Lisbon and the Algarve, where the Atlantic meets granite cliffs and the evenings take their time. The brands we wore didn't understand that world — loud where the coast is quiet, fast where it's slow. So we made something cut for the feeling, not just the body.

The lines

Santi Coast — our coastal line. Heavyweight ring-spun cotton and washed linen, cut relaxed and garment-washed soft. Made for salt air and slow days, and designed to be worn in rather than out.

More is coming. Same house, different weather.

How it's made

Every piece is designed in Portugal and produced to order, in small runs. Nothing is made before someone wants it, which means no warehouse of unsold stock and no waste at the end of a season.

We don't chase seasons. We follow the coast.
